This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the FluidFiles app, developed by Neeraj Aswal and available on the Google Play Store. Your privacy is important, and this policy explains how we handle data in compliance with Google Play’s requirements.
GET_ACCOUNTS Permission:
FluidFiles uses the android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS permission solely to display a list of existing Google accounts on your device. This allows you to select an account to mount its associated Google Drive within the app’s file browser interface.
No Personal Data Collected:
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, including email addresses, names, or account details. The app only accesses account identifiers locally to enable Google Drive integration.
No Third-Party Sharing:
No data is shared with third parties. FluidFiles does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
On-Device Data Only:
All app data, including account selections and settings, remains exclusively on your device. Nothing is uploaded to external servers or cloud storage.
Since no user data is stored outside your device, data retention period is not applicable.
If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is automatically removed.
We do not collect or store any information that would require deletion upon request.
The app uses Google’s secure OAuth 2.0 API to connect to Google Drive.
Data accessed via Google Drive is handled in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
GET_ACCOUNTS: Required to list Google accounts on the device for Google Drive mounting. No account data is saved or transmitted.
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted here. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
